For the aspiring and dedicated athletes, SET Performance will design an intense and elite program that will break new ground for your athletic career. By pushing your physical and mental limits, the challenges you go through will take your game to the next level. You will take part in a tailor-made program that will grow your physical and mental strength, agility, and endurance.

We offer a range of fitness and sports related programs for all age levels.

Elite 12 and Under Class

The purpose of the athletic performance class, 12 & under, is to develop the foundational tools of athleticism including running form, jumping technique, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, mobility, foot speed, hand-eye coordination, core strength, leg power, and leg strength. Our primary goal is to teach athletes a cueing system they can use in any field of play, develop the ability to complete large quantities of work with accuracy, and build upon the strengths the athlete naturally possesses.

Elite 13 and Over Class

Athletes 13 and over will develop functional strength, first step quickness, linear speed, lateral speed, and reaction time. In these classes, our aim is to create a competitive environment in which the athletes push themselves to another level physically, as well as mentally. The classes are intense and designed to gradually increase the athlete’s workload capacity.
